  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between us relating to consulting, coaching and training and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us

Information we collect about you when delivering a consultancy, coaching or training contract, and how it is used
Upon starting work with you, basic personal information will be collected for contact and identification reasons. During meetings, an assessment of your requirements will be completed, and notes will be taken after sessions. The assessment and notes are used solely for the delivery of a service to you.

Your personal information is kept securely. Confidentiality will only be broken if we have concerns that you or anyone else is at risk. If this occurs it will be discussed in the coaching/training session, and actions or recommendations will be discussed and documented in the related notes.

Security of your data

Information will be kept securely and confidentially in line with the data retention policy as stated above. Paper notes are kept in a secure, robust locked filing cabinet and stored within an alarmed building. All digital information is stored on a single personal computer, which is password protected and stored within an alarmed building. The mobile phone is encrypted.


Your rights

Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes, nor shared with any third parties. We will not share any of your confidential information with any third parties unless we are instructed or permitted to do so by you or are required to do so by law.

You have rights relating to the information we hold to verify the accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, deleted, updated or corrected. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us via the contact details stated on this website.

Information will be provided to you within 30 days. We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. You have a right to request the transfer of your data to another individual or company.

If you are concerned about the breaches of privacy that might potentially occur in any such system, then please do not mail sensitive information, or choose an alternative means of communication.
